If you have changed you mind, found that the size you’ve chosen is not right or you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 7 days to advise us of your change of mind or issue with your item & a total of 14 days to Post the Product from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with tags still attached & have the receipt or proof of purchase.

**I cannot stress this enough, if you return an item to us that is used, dirty, marked or is broken from mistreatment in any way, we will “Not” replace it, so please take care when trying on your horse & be sure you’re happy with your purchase before using it. I check & carefully pack every item myself before posting it to make sure you receive your item in excellent order.

If you’re looking to purchase our Rope Equipment, the safest way to make sure your item will fit is to take advantage of our ability to make per your measurements. If you’re looking to purchase our other Equipment please contact us to discuss measurements.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. If you have used Afterpay as your payment method, we will deduct the fees we have incurred from the transaction from your refund as Afterpay ‘Do Not’ refund fees.

Your refund will be returned within 2 business days, it will depend on what payment method you used as to when it reaches you.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us & the return postage if you have chosen to exchange the goods. Shipping costs are non​refundable.

Your returned item needs to have Tracking, this saves any concerns when Package is in transit.
